Endelea is an ethical fashion brand, born in 2018 in Milan with the idea of creating ready-to-wear and accessories in African fabrics with a Made in Italy design. Endelea??s collections are designed in Italy and made in Tanzania by local tailors and seamstresses, working in a transparent and inclusive way. All textiles are purchased locally in Tanzania, where most of the production also occurs. Endelea believes that work and knowledge are essential to ensure change. This is why part of the company??s gross annual revenue is invested in local training and sponsorship of collaborations between Italian and Tanzanian universities. In 2020, Endelea was awarded the Gaetano Marzotto 2030 prize for Social Impact, an award that supports entrepreneurial ideas that strive to achieve positive social impact. Behind the name Endelea, Swahili for " move forward, to continue without giving up", there is a group of dreamers guided by passion and courage who believe in creativity, connections and empowerment..m
