Junoon Kanga is an Omani fashion house based in Muscat, Oman specialising in high-end, sustainable slow fashion inspired by the kanga fabric. Founded in the summer of 2018, Junoon Kanga, co-founder and owner Aisha Al-Kharusi finds her inspiration from the cultural heritage between Oman and Zanzibar. Each Junoon Kanga design is clearly underpinned from both cultures: colorful, eclectic as well as fun to wear. The clothes are featured in prime locations in Oman with two Junoon Kanga stores, as well as the Alila Jabal Akhdar resort and various distribution channels. Junoon Kanga's runway dresses at the Swahili Fashion Week are the works of both the owner and cofounder as well as the Omani fashion designer Alia Al Habsi.
