I`m Thomas Lee Laiza (TL7), Designer, Motivational Speaker, Optimist, Managing director of TL7 Masai Art Gallery one stop center for Masai designs and products, (TL7 has been instrumental in preserving and showcasing of the marvels and fascination of Maasai ethnicity using cultural products and services, blending tradition and contemporary arts) also Operation Supervisor at Maasai Watchers ltd. My goals are:- To promote Maasai cultural heritage for their social?economic development and impact on the community To promote Maasai cultural diversity and showcasing the originality of Maasai designs and products My achievements:- I help the Tanzania mark to be transformed from tradition market to e-commerce one by having an online shop that help buyers to shop online and other sellers to sell their cultural products online. Also helped Maasai Watchers Company that deals with security by using trained Masai guards to comply with government rules and regulation and preserving the Maasai culture that makes it different with other security companies in Tanzania.
